Customer Service Consultant
Job Description:
  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and assisting customers in solving problems.
  • Help customers solve business process problems in a timely manner, and when it comes to technical aspects, timely docking of research and development is required.
Requirements:
  • More than 1 year of customer service experience and understanding of customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English without any barriers.
  • Familiar with using various social software, such as TG/FB/Twitter.
  • Need local Chinese in Malaysia.
